Truly one of the most dishonest dealerships I’ve ever visited—and as a car enthusiast, I’ve been to far more dealerships than the average buyer. The store manager, Kia (if I’m spelling his name correctly), was the primary reason for this review.
To be clear, we were not window shopping. We knew exactly what we were looking for and were fully prepared to purchase the right vehicle. We are currently in the market for either a Ford F-250/350 or a GMC Sierra 2500/3500HD Denali Ultimate, which led us to visit this dealership.

Richard he is great asset for this company and very helpful as a consultant, the transmission specialist/mechanic did a very good job in our mustang. The only thing I wasn’t happy too much it’s that it took over a month to get fix and I understand the parts didn’t get tu the dealer sooner, but once parts arrived mechanics did good job and car it’s running smoother then before.
I received the right information and was booked according to my schedule. Erika told me she would call me back but never did, I ended up having to call again

I had a top rate experience purchasing a 2025 Maverick Hybrid last October. I received a call last week that there were a couple of recalls that it needed. They were computer related. I was given the option to have a technician come to my place of work and perform the updates there, free of charge. So, of course, I took them up on that offer. All they want is your money. And if you don't want to pay their outrageous prices, you might as well be invisible. I waited for an entire hour for my vehicle to be brought to me when I was told it was ready for pick up. Then Rudy tried to tell me that there was "standing water throughout" the entire vehicle, which there was not. Went in for 'the works' service and added on brake flush and refresh fluid, took about 2 hours.
Pulled into the dealership I was immediately greeted by Robert. He welcomed me and listened to what I was looking for. Test drive 3 broncos, selected the one I purchased. Amazingly easy and fast process. 5 star rating
few months ago? I bought a used car at at this deal-ership. The sales person said the car had been mechanically inspected and deemed fit to sell on their lot. Less than 200 miles later, I was forced to spend a third of the purchase price to fix the power steering pump, tack snd pinion and front axles. They forgot to do a couple of things. First they didn’t take off the tint on the front windshield and they also forgot to put the trunk pad back. Otherwise everything else was good.

I would like to share my recent experience at the service center on July 21, 2025. I visited Envision Ford of Duarte for a routine 20,000-mile service on my 2024 Ford Maverick. To my surprise, I was quoted $1,400 for the service. Despite waiting 20–30 minutes, I did not receive a clear explanation for the high cost, which led me to seek service elsewhere.

I purchased a 2008 Toyota Tacoma over the phone and viewing a few photos as well as the description of the condition of the truck from salesperson (Josh Akker). I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had it delivered last year. During the delivery walk-around, I immediately noticed a paint chip on the car. The person who delivered it acknowledged the damage, took photos, and assured me it would be taken care of. That was the last I ever heard from him.

They make promises they can’t keep. Phone calls are never returned or seldom returned. It seems like it’s a scam with all of the warranties and it gets very very confusing and feels like a baiting switch.

Eduardo Millan was super helpful and went above and beyond to assist me through an extremely expensive and unexpected repair. At only 66,000 miles I had to replace the engine in my 2017 ford edge! After reaching out to Ford Corp and the NHTSA, neither one had any assistance to offer. Shame on Ford as they have been aware this engine has had malfunctions for years.
