I was just here today and had the BEST experience! I'd been searching online for some time and decided that I wanted to purchase a Manual transmission KIA Soul (Yea that's right, I'm a girl and I PREFER to drive stick, deal with it) I discovered in my search that Norm Reeves Ford Superstore had a used 2011 KIA Soul with low mileage, Stick shift and in Black (Exactly what I was looking for!) I was a little nervous about emailing them because I had recently just had a horrible experience at another dealership but I decided to email them and ask if the car was still available.

I received a reply back promptly from Kathy Bailey, letting me know that the car was still available for the price that it was listed and to give her a call so we could work it out. I emailed her back letting her know that I had not had the easiest experience so far trying to buy a car and that I just wanted to make this as quick and easy as possible. I let her know that I had money to put down and wanted to finance as well. She let me know when she would be in and to just ask for her at the front and she promised to make this experience a good one.

You know what she did just that! I got there a it after 11am with my fiancé and soon to be father in law, and for once in my life she came right up to me and said 'Hi Ashton its nice to finally meet you!' (This never happens! People always think that my fiancé is me assuming that Ashton is a boys name.) She took me right out to the car and we looked it over and took it for a test drive, i was in love! Once we came back we talked paper work and I gave her everything she needed to run my credit and honestly we were in and out fairly quickly considering it was Labor Day weekend and everyone and there mother was trying to buy a car! She got my car washed and tank filled up while I worked out the paper work with financing. I'm paying a little more a month then I had planned, but after having such a great experience and Kathy really helping out with all my questions I didn't mind. I know my credit isn't perfect and was happy to finally be getting a car all by myself with out any help from anyone.

So if you're looking for a Ford/Hyundai/ Infiniti and I think Lincoln go to Norm Reeves Ford Superstore and ask for Kathy Bailey! She is the best! She's the Internet Fleet Manager. Thank you again Kathy!

How do I start? The first thing I noticed was how well I was treated by the salesman. His name was Mark. He answered every question I had and I think he is a car guru. I would like to express my pleasure as the way the service staff handled a minor problem I encountered with my new Ford Edge. I recently bought a 2013 Edge and was really pleased with the sales staff with the buying of the Edge. It was really a painless process. I found the car I wanted, got a great deal on it and was out of the showroom in about 1.5 Hours!! Some kind of record for buying a new car. At some point in the first 5 days I had the vehicle, I noticed a creased area on the passenger side door. I called Chris, the salesperson who sold me the car and he referred me to Martin Abarca who works in the service area. This was on a Saturday. Martin asked me to bring the car in and after seeing the problem area, He told me to come in on Monday, and the dent guy there could fix the problem and make it like new. I went in on Monday at 8:00 a.m. Martin met me there and told me that the dent guy would arrive in the shop within the half hour and he would need around 1.5 hours to repair the door. By 10 a.m. the door looked like new and I was on my way. A happy camper. Especially as no cash came out of my pocket. Norm Reeves Ford Superstore picked up the tab with no challenges, or questions asked. I think that was above and beyond what they needed to do. I offered to pay but was told that was not necessary. I will recommend Norm Reeves Ford Superstore to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. This was the 4th car I personally bought from Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. They are a breath of fresh air when it comes to car dealers.

How do I go from 1 star to 5 stars?

I think I can explain. Sometimes a business screws up. A business is composed of many employees and if it's a good business, it makes a lot of transactions. In each transaction and with each employee there is an imminent possibility for something to go wrong.

After I posted my negative review on Yelp, I contacted Lincoln Customer Relations and explained the problem. The following day I received a call from Alex Bartra, from Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. I believe he is the manager. He apologized for the problem and offered to make good on it. He asked me to bring the car in and they would install the appropriate hitch on it at no charge to me. I took the car in on Friday and rented a car at the Hertz location inside the dealer's service area. Martin, the service adviser, was very courteous and told me that he would call when the car was finished. When he called, he told me that it would take longer than expected and asked if they could keep the car until the following day. I told him that I had rented a car, and he said "Don't worry about the car rental, we'll take care of that". I went to pick up my car yesterday, and they had installed an 8000 lb towing capacity hitch on it, and when I went to return the rented car, the dealership paid for the whole rental. So, bad things can happen, but when a business goes above and beyond to make things right, I think they deserve 5 stars.

I have purchased 3 Fords from this dealer. I have only had good experiences with this dealer. My first was a 2005 Ford Focus and never had any problems with it. In the summer of 2012 my husband and I went to several dealers looking for a bigger car since we now have 2 children. We had some bad experiences with other dealers and ended up back here. Just had a very positive experience buying a certified pre-owned Ford Focus with sales manager Sal Gonzalez. They honored their online price via email, which was very competitive and worked with me on a slightly better deal, and ford financing beat my credit union rate for the loan, cut it down by more than half. A lot of dealers tried to quote 1-3k above posted prices, or refused to talk price via email at all.

Sal was low-pressure, friendly, and straight forward with me, as was my finance manager Fabby Guerra, who didn't try to force a bunch of extras at the close. Of the 6 or so dealers I contacted I definitely found Sal and Fabby the easiest to work with. I knew what I wanted, and had my research and price in mind which helped, and helped to close the deal in a short under 2 hr period, from arrival to signatures. If you're stopping by, try for after 6:30/7 to avoid the hoards. Try to email/call first as well so you have a contact to work with and a starting price, since you might feel a little hunted walking in to a big place like this and just wandering around.

I've been reading a lot of the past Yelp! Feedback which didn't always seem positive, and I felt I needed to share mine....I am the proud owner of a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid which I just picked up a few weeks ago, and I love it! But my intentions for writing this review was not meant to brag about the car -- I wanted to share my positive car buying experience with Norm Reeves Ford Superstore.

My husband and I are sticklers for details, and we wanted to research everything about the car before we got it. The 2013 Fusion Hybrid is a new design, so we were going to different dealerships to test drive and look at cars that were available with the features/ color we were interested in to see if it was something we really wanted. We stopped by the Marina Del Rey dealership because they had a Hybrid with the moonroof, but it didn't have all of the other additions I wanted. We test drove the car with one of their salesmen, and when we returned, we were approached by the General Sales Manager who wanted to see if I wanted to buy this car (not to mention, it had a $4000 mark up on the MSRP price!). I told him that this particular hybrid didn't have everything I wanted, so he tried to redirect me to buying a non-hybrid 2013 Fusion instead. He spoke to me with a demeaning attitude, telling me that I could save $10,000 by buying this other car and that I should "Do the math" because "You can't spend $10,000 in gas in 6 years!" And I told him "I did do the math, and yes I can spend that much money and in half that time because of the distance I drive and because the MPG I'm getting on my old car!" This guy was trying to make me feel stupid, and I did not appreciate that at all!

So we went to Norm Reeves Ford Superstore and were met by the nicest people! We test drove the Fusion Hybrid with Barbara who was the Sales Consultant at the time, but it still didn't have all of the options we wanted. So she introduced us to Angie Marzinki, the General Sales Manager. Angie told me if I was willing to wait, I can special order my vehicle with the exact options and colors I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure to buy what was on the lot, which I liked... She wanted to make sure I got want I wanted and that I was happy with the car I purchased. So I went through that route and placed the order! After about 10 weeks of waiting, I finally got my car! It was a little late at night when we picked it up, but they were very accommodating. Nolan Dempster, our Sales Consultant, handled our initial paperwork and took us for a drive in my new car and explained all of the options on the car and showed us how they worked. In the 4 or so dealerships we visited, not one could answer all of our questions about how the different options worked, so this was definitely a very nice change! Manny Mendez was our Finance Manager and he informed us of all of the extra warranties that were available without putting on pressure that "You have to buy this option because you never know what can happen on a new design." He left the decision to us and was able to help us with some other financing options that worked to our advantage. When we brought the car home, there were a couple of cosmetic things that we didn't see during the checkout because it was dark, but I contacted Angie Marzinki right away to let her know what I found. I brought the car back two days after I picked up my car and was met by Eric Foltz, the Service Director, who wanted to make sure the issues were handled to my satisfaction. It took a couple of trips to get it right (because I'm a person who is an extreme stickler to detail), but my car is beautiful now! When I came to get my car, Eric came out to see me again to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I have a part that needs to be replaced, but that is on order now.

We were extremely pleased and impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and respect that were shown to us by the Norm Reeves Ford Superstore staff from the moment we walked on the lot to the point when we drove out with our new car! Clearly, Norm Reeves Ford Superstore's primary focus is in customer satisfaction. They wanted to make sure we got the car that we would be completely satisfied with, unlike other Ford dealerships who tried various belittling tactics in order to convince us to buy a car on their lot. Although everyone was great through my car buying experience, I really have to thank Angie Marzinki for making this process so stress-free for me. She answered every question I had, regardless of how annoying I may have been and has ALWAYS been prompt and courteous on her responsiveness. I know she normally does not directly involve herself in car sales, but it was important to me in order to regain faith in my overall Ford buying experience. We had such a positive experience with my purchase that my husband is now placing an order for the 2013 Ford Fusion Energi through Norm Reeves Ford Superstore!

First off just wanted to say that everyone at Norm Reeves Ford Superstore was friendly and respectful. I didn’t want to let go of my s2000 but really needed something bigger to move in. Other dealers were offering me around $12,000 for my ‘05 s2000 with 60k miles and Norm Reeves Ford Superstore killed everyone in trade in value by $2,500 (Talk about being competitive!). ??I was welcomed by a current ARMY Reservist, TOAI GARCIA, and he knew a lot about most cars/trucks on the market today. I never felt pressured to buy or drive any car. It was a natural flowing experience when he landed me on my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. I told him how much I wanted for my trade and he came back with better numbers and discounted the car right off the back when we went to "THE BOX". He showed me the average market value for the same truck I was thinking of buying and gave me time to make a wise decision. Once I decided to pull the trigger he shook my hand and I was off to finance in about 10 mins. ??Fortino Milian was the Finance person who helped me and was super quick with no pressure. Came here to buy a commercial vehicle (first time buying commercial), and have to say that the process was super simple, and most of all, working with Jorge, the Fleet Manager, was great. He was very straight forward and honest, and was very accommodating to my schedule. He kept pricing simple, and looked for all possible rebates and ways to help save me money.
??I've bought A LOT of cars in my lifetime, and usually the process takes hours...but I was in and out of the dealer within an hour.
??Jorge even helped deliver my car as I didn't have another driver to take the car off the lot!
??It's my first American I'm obviously apprehensive about that, to some extent, but based on the service and relationship I now have with Jorge, I'd for sure continue to go back for any future vehicles we may add to our fleet.

I really hate car shopping and with so many 1 and 2 star reviews for almost every car dealership, I really didn't want to have to deal with it. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off (maybe it's the shady vibe most car dealers give off). This time though I did a LOT of research beforehand. I always leased Honda's but this time I wanted to buy and I wanted the most gadgety car I could get (and I'm not a BMW or Lexus kinda guy). After a lot of digging I found the 2012 Ford Focus had a lot of amazing tech including the MyFordTouch touchscreen interface and the fact that it parallel parks itself! Amazing! Finally an American car I have an interest in! Nice work, Ford! And Norm Reeves Ford Superstore had the exact car in stock with the features I wanted.
??I called ahead to make sure they actually had the car in stock, since Advantage Ford's website said they had the car I wanted, but when I called someone told me it had sold 2 days before, and then I called the next day and spoke with someone else who said the car sold 2 weeks(!) before. So why don't you take it off your site then?! Shady!
??But at Norm Reeves Ford Superstore, Kathy, the Internet manager, said she definitely had it in, and she'd hold the keys the day I came in, so no one else would try to sell it before I got there. Nice. I would definitely recommend talking to her if you can. I think there's something about working with a woman that made it seem less stressful. I'm sure their male salesmen are great, but there's something about the slick-haired dudes in suits that just gives me the willies when buying cars, and Kathy was just great.
??Still anxious that I was going to have to haggle, which I suck at, she came in right at the invoice price, which I was really surprised at. My little pregnant car shark friend I brought along to help went ahead and tried to haggle for lower, but I knew that the price she showed me was actually at invoice and was prepared to pay that, and said let's go for it.
??Having a painless sale with Kathy, I was then worried that the finance manager was gonna be some pushy jerk who tried to make me buy a bunch of garbage add-ons, but when their FM, Manny, started to suggest certain options, I said I wasn't really interested and he immediately stopped the pitch and moved on. Super nice guy too.
??Overall, it was a pretty painless event. But I definitely recommend whoever you buy from that you do your research ahead of time for the exact car and features you want, look up that invoice price and go in prepared. The more you know, the less you'll be taken advantage of.
??And I love this new Ford Focus! If you love gadgets, and aren't into the typical luxury car, definitely take a look at the new Focus!

My Fiance has been wanting a new car for some time now. It was his Bday on Friday so we decided to go check out some cars over the weekend. We showed up to the Dodge dealership looking for a Magnum and they turned us away with not having one. I bought my 2011 Ford Edge with Kathy. It's my first time buying a car, and I had just gotten off work (night shift) when I dropped by to look at the car. Kathy was amazing. She was so personable and relaxed and definitely wasn't trying to pull a hard sell. We actually had fun and laughed the entire time we were in the test drive (almost forgot to pay attention to the car we got along so well). She wasn't giving me any of the "if you don't leave with it today... (blank) deal wont be here" bullcrap. I truly felt she cared about me and how I feel about the car more than the sale itself. I told her upfront that I wasn't going to be buying the car that day and she still happily showed me around and didn't treat me one ounce differently (as I have found many dealers do). I have been through the wringer with dealers looking for my perfect car and no dealer made me feel more at home.
??I decided I’d sit down with her to look at numbers and she came back with the price and monthly cost... I immediately told her my "magic number" for monthly cost, so she went and did her negotiating and came back with a big smile on her face saying "I can't believe they allowed me to do this" since the car had literally just gotten on the lot 2 days prior. I walked out that day with my dream car at a lower price (before taxes and everything) than I thought was even possible with my Limited model. I hadn't found a deal like I got with months and months of tireless searching and Kathy made it happen. I also didn't have my checkbook on me for the down payment (as I said I wasn't planning on buying a car that day) so she met me at my house so I wouldn't have to drive back... And I was still able to leave with my new car.
??Lastly, 2 weeks after I got my new baby, I got rear ended (of course). I called Kathy and she set up a good priced rental car for me and called the auto body shop. She was so helpful even when her job of selling me the car was done. She is an amazing, caring, fun person and I even come back to say hi when I get my oil changed and car serviced. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I am here getting my car serviced and everyone in the service department has been so upbeat and in a good mood which is contagious. I will continue to come here for everything and if you're looking to buy a car, I highly recommend coming here and speaking with Kathy!!!
